What we build
Most of our calls start in one of these three. The hall bath that never worked. The kitchen everyone ends up in. The wall that moved.

Mercer Island
BellevueThe finished room only counts if the weeks getting there were livable. You stay in the house. We work around that.
The Promise
Authenticity, transparency, committed communication, and integrity. Four words decide every choice we make on your home. Family-owned and run.
Read the full promise →Thoughtful attention to your needs, protected floors, and respect for the life still happening around the build.
We commit to giving you the number that reflects what we know and see at the start of the project. We reject underbidding and surprise-change-order culture. You see the real number up front. Our change orders come from both of us looking at new information as we go through the project, and we give an honest try to anticipate any ahead.
Owning our workspace is non-negotiable. We manage our workspace to reflect the respect we have for you. Every day the job site gets organized and tidied before we depart.
A planning range takes about two minutes. It is a low and a high, not a bid. The number we stand behind comes after we stand in the room — usually a couple of days, not on the call.
Neighborhoods we know
We know the permitting offices, the soil, the view corridors, and the quirks of older Eastside homes. That fluency means fewer surprises for you.

A note from the owners
“A remodel should feel like a relationship, not a transaction. We show up when we say we will, and we tell you the real number before we start.”
