Making space - new shower remodel in Seattle

The base floor has been removed as we make space for the new shower pan that will be sunk into the floor to accommodate no shower curb for the elderly owners of the home.

Because the floor is lower than before in this area, a new support beam is in the process of being installed. This beam will help support the weight of the new concrete pan and allow it to be set lower into the floor.

Also, the main suite bathroom needs all the old/unnecessary framing work to be removed for BHI Team to start new framing for new medicine cabinets, a new vanity, and lighting in new places.
