Tranquility Base Renew

The Problem: Existing hot tub was in daily use by owner for the last 20 plus years. Some rot was discovered along edge of tub and upon further exploration, extensive damage due to insect infestation and wood decay was found in hot tub structure and surrounding deck.

The Solution: The existing tub was demoed and removed along with much of the existing deck. A new hot tub was ordered and installed and new framing, deck and detail work was constructed keeping with the style of the original layout. The tranquility of the location is now back to complete enjoyment by the homeowner and neighboring statuary.
