The Baklinski team is on a roll! We've been working hard on a bathroom renovation near Seattle WA and are installing a new shower and tiles for our customer.

A hardwood deck near Mercer Island, WA had not been maintained for years and the new homeowner reached out to us, concerned about grey weathered boards.

Team Baklinski finished installing a custom metal railing near Mercer Island, WA on a deck just weeks ago.

Older CPVC pipes were beginning to fail in a home and the homeowners had to redo all their plumbing. This necessitated cutting into the existing shower/bath tiles in the bathrooms. The showers needed some saving.

The original siding on the South facing wall on a 50 plus-year-old house was badly damaged and in need of replacement. The homeowner did not want to tackle the whole house, was interested in taking on the paint and reached out to us to see how we could help.

The Problem: A failing wood retaining wall was slowly falling into the driveway. The homeowner dreamed of a new wall to securely hold back the bank a little more room to park!

The Problem: a small concrete patio in the backyard was badly cracked & damaged by surrounding tree growth. The area was not inviting and was basically unusable space.

The Problem: Existing hot tub was in daily use by owner for the last 20 plus years. Some rot was discovered along edge of tub and upon further exploration, extensive damage due to insect infestation and wood decay was found in hot tub structure and surrounding deck.
